HOW to get a card

  • Rewards Club is open to all individuals 18 years old and above. Minors may join, with consent of a parent or legal guardian. Corporate accounts may also join the program.
  • Pay the application fee of P100.00 at the Customer Service Counter/ Redemption Counter / Dept. Store cashier.
  • Fill out the application form given and present a valid ID, or school ID for minors for verification. For corporate accounts, present a DTI/SEC registration.
  • Your Rewards Club Membership Card will be immediately available for use. Only one account per person is allowed.

ABOUT the card

  • Ororama REWARDS card will expire every two (2) years.
  • NO CARD, NO POINTS policy is strictly implemented.
  • EXPIRED CARD has to be renewed at the Redemption Booth for reactivation. Points previously acquired can still be availed.
  • In case where the card is LOST or DAMAGED, a new card can be availed at the same amount of 50 Pesos and the points acquired by the replaced card are transferable!

POINTS SYSTEM

  • For every P200.00 purchase at the department store, or P400 purchase at the supermarket, you earn 1 point, which is equivalent to P1.00 redemption value at the Department Store.
  • No card, no points.
  • Remember to present your ORORAMA REWARDS CARD to the cashier before any purchase transaction. Points cannot be added after the transaction is completed.
  • Failure of member to present the card to the cashier will mean forfeiture of the points. Points cannot be added retrospectively at a later date. It is the sole responsibility of the member, and not the cashier, to remember to present the card to the cashier upon purchase.
  • Purchases from the Pharmacy, of Ororama Gift Certificates and mobile load are excluded from the earning of points. Using points as payment also does not earn the member any more points.

How to apply for membership?

How do I earn points?

For every P200.00 purchase at the department store, or P400 purchase at the supermarket, you earn 1 point, which is equivalent to P1.00 redemption value at the Department Store.

Will my card expire?

Your card automatically expires 2 years after activation.

Membership must be renewed before expiration in order for members to continue enjoying the benefits of the REWARDS program.

All unused points must be redeemed before the expiry date otherwise, all remaining points will be forfeited. Expired points cannot be transferred, redeemed or reinstated.

Is the REWARDS CARD transferable?

The membership card is not transferable in any circumstance, and is valid for use only by the member who must present it when conducting any transaction.

The member may not use this card to earn points from transactions of other customers.

What if I lose my card or my card becomes defective?

Simply go to our Redemption Counters to report the loss and for card replacement, which costs P50.

Please turn over your damaged card or present an affidavit of loss. Your points will remain in your account.

You may immediately use your replacement card. However, do allow us two (2) weeks to one (1) month to transfer your remaining points from your lost card to your new card.

How long until my points get credited?

Your points will be credited to your account 1-3 days after the transaction.

It is best to keep your receipts so you can keep track of your points also.

If, for any reason, you feel your points are not credited to your account, please feel free to go to our Redemption Counter so we can address your concern.

How can I use my points to redeem rewards?

ORORAMA REWARDS points, like cash, can be used to pay for your purchases at any ORORAMA cashier counter at the Department Store. Please present a valid ID with your ORORAMA REWARDS CARD. For corporate accounts, please present a secretary’s certificate authorizing the redemption of the item(s) also.

There is no minimum needed to start redeeming rewards.You may choose to accumulate more points to redeem items of higher value before the expiry of the card. Redeemed points cannot be cancelled.

Can I transfer or merge points to other cards?

Our cards are non-transferrable.

We do not allow merging of points from different cards under different names into 1 account for redemption of items.

How do I renew my ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB membership?

To renew your membership, proceed to any cashier or Customer Service or Redemption Counter, present your old ORORAMA REWARDS CARD together with a valid govern-ment-issued ID and pay the renewal fee of P50 or 100 points from your ORORAMA REWARDS CARD.

Subsequent expiry date of two (2) years will be based on the renewal application date.

When should I renew my ORORAMA REWARDS Card?

You can renew your membership as early as three (3) months before your card’s expiration date.

All unused points will be carried over to your new card if you renew before your card’s expiration date. Otherwise, all remaining points will be forfeited.

Your ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB membership is valid for two (2) years from the date of card issuance and is renewable for another two (2) years, unless the REWARDS program is discontinued or terminated.

I just changed my marital status. How do I apply for a new card with my new surname?

To update your surname, you may visit the Customer Service and present a valid ID reflecting both your old and new surnames.

A replacement fee of P50 is required.

ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB Terms and Conditions

Members of ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB are subject to these guidelines, and are deemed to have accepted and agreed to any and all of the Terms, Conditions, Guidelines and Rules thereof upon signing the Membership Application Form, and its continued use thereof.

I. REWARDS CLUB Membership

1.Membership is valid for two (2) years from date of application. Membership must be renewed before expiration in order for members to continue enjoying the benefits of the REWARDS program. All unused points will be carried over to the new card if the membership is renewed within ninety (90) days from the card’s issuance date. Otherwise, all remaining points will be forfeited. Expired points cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed or reinstated.

2.In the course of the membership, ORORAMA may request to provide and/or update Member’s personal data. The member agrees and hereby gives consent to ORORAMA to collect, store, access, share, process, and/or destroy copies of his/her personal data including any updates or changes thereto, whether manually or electronically, for the period allowed under the applicable law and regulations, for the purposes of the REWARDS membership and program, including any renewal thereof, as well as of conducting marketing and customer profiling activities in connection with ORORAMA’s services and related products, and issuing or sending related notices, updates, service or administrative announce-ments.

3.The member agrees to receive verbal, written, or electronic communica-tions from ORORAMA.

4.Each member is obligated to keep his/her information or personal data file up-to-date and correct by reporting any change or correction in name, address and other data. Members shall do so following the process stated in the Member’s Application Form and through its REWARDS Redemption Counters in each branch. Member understands and agrees that ORORAMA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from his/her failure to keep updated or to correct his/her information or personal data file.

5.ORORAMA reserves the right to store personal data of its members where ORORAMA considers it necessary or appropriate for the period allowed under the applicable laws and regulations.

6.ORORAMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel the membership card of any individual and all awards and privileges that go with said membership.

7.Membership will terminate automatically and all awards and privileges void upon the death of the Member.

II.Use of the REWARDS CARD

1.The ORORAMA REWARDS CARD is and shall remain the property of ORORAMA and must be returned on demand.

2.The membership card is not transferable in any circumstance, and is valid for use only by the member who must present it when conducting any transaction. The member may not use this card to earn points from transactions of other customers. Enrolment of several people in a single account and multiple enrolments by a single person are strictly not allowed.

3.The member shall be solely responsible to ensure that his membership card shall not be used by any person and that the same shall be validly and properly used for its right purpose.

4.A name change due to marriage will be accepted upon written notification to ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB. Proof of name change is required for this purpose.

6.In case of lost or damaged membership card, the membership card maybe replaced by ORORAMA following the guidelines stated in the ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB Member’s Application Form or in any subsequent applicable rules or guidelines. The member agrees to immediately report the said incident in writing or by calling the ORORAMA immediately to report the lost ORORAMA REWARDS Card. ORORAMA should not be held liable for a member’s lost or redeemed ORORAMA REWARDS points whether or not the member immediately reported the lost or damaged ORORAMA REWARDS Card.

III.Earning and Redemption of ORORAMA REWARDS Points

1.Guidelines, promotion offerings, and venues for earning ORORAMA REWARDS Points are described in the ORORAMA Member’s Application Form or in any subsequent applicable rules or guidelines. ORORAMA reserves the right at all times to make any changes to any such rules / offerings in its sole discretion.

2.REWARDS points are not awarded on the purchase of gift certificates, and purchases paid for with points issued under this program. Certain other products or services may also be excluded from the ORORAMA REWARDS or the reward points awarded reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any REWARD points earned on purchases that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the card.

3.In order to earn reward points on purchases, the REWARDS CARD must be presented prior to purchase. Points cannot be added after the transac-tion in completed. Failure of member to present the card to the cashier each time a purchase is made to earn points will mean forfeiture of the supposed points. Points cannot be added to a member’s account retrospectively at a later date. It is the sole responsibility of the member, and not the cashier, to remember to present the card to the cashier upon purchase, and that it is correctly returned to him/her after transaction is made.

4.Members,whose membership accounts are active and have not expired, may redeem their accrued ORORAMA REWARDS Points in exchange for goods or services at ORORAMA branches. These Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.ORORAMA reserves the right to make adjustments on earned or accrued points as it sees fit including, but not limited to, deduction of points arising from returned goods or services purchased from ORORAMA, from invoicing or accounting errors, or from disputes.

6.1t is the responsibility of the member to keep transaction receipts, which may be required in case of request for points verification by the member. Queries on accounts can only be checked within a one month period.

7.ORORAMA does not warrant or represent that your membership card will always be accepted at all venues. In the unlikely event of a failure of ORORAMA’s IT and communications systems, network services, and failure of data processing systems. ORORAMA may not be able to add points or redeem any points as payment during such a system failure.

8.Employees of ORORAMA are not allowed to be members of ORORAMA Rewards Club an are subject to ORORAMA’s policy on the earning of ORORAMA REWARDS points from purchases from the store.

9.For the redemption of ORORAMA REWARDS Points, those points reflected in ORORAMA records shall be deemed correct and ORORAMA has the exclusive right to determine the available amount of points to be awarded to or redeemed by the member.

10.Redeemed awards or privileges are not exchangeable for other awards or privileges, or refundable, replaceable, or be sold or transferred for cash or credit, under any circumstances.

11.Redemption of the ORORAMA REWARDS privileges/benefits with partner establishments shall be subject to the individual merchant’s and/or the program’s participating companies’ terms and condition

12.When redeeming ORORAMA REWARDS points or privileges/benefits from partner establishments, member must present ID to prove that he/she is the owner of the card.

13.By redeeming points for award or privileges, the member releases ORORA-MA from any and all liability to the Member regarding the use, process and redemption of the points and on the issuance and usage of said awards or privileges. Points redeemed may no longer be changed, revoked, or cancelled.

14.ORORAMA will bear no responsibility for resolving any disputes concerning any goods or services received by the member.

15.ORORAMA’S return and exchange policy will apply on redeemed awards.

16.Information acquired during issuance and redemption of points may be used by ORORAMA for administrative and for the purpose of conducting market-ing and customer analytics.

IV Changes to the ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB PROGRAM

1.The terms, conditions, and guidelines cannot be superseded or changed except by ORORAMA.ORORAMA shall use reasonable endeavors to provide members with accurate and timely information regarding the ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB program including any changes thereof; however, ORORAMA shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.

2.ORORAMA is not liable for any award or privileges not being available or being withdrawn for any reason whatsoever.

3.ORORAMA reserves the right at all times, without notice and its sole discretion:

1.To make any changes whatsoever to these terms and conditions including the rules and guidelines in the Member’s Application Form;

2.To withdraw, cancel, withhold, substitute, deny access to or use of, or in any way change any of the awards or privileges previously advertised or offered, to any member, at any time, without prior notice, and ORORAMA will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the member resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation, variation or change.

3.To terminate or materially alter ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB program and/or revoke the membership of any member and/or the right of any member to use the membership card or to utilize any awards or privileges without need of any notice to the member.

V. Breach of Terms and Conditions

1.It is a breach of these Terms and Conditions for any Member in the reason-able opinion of ORORAMA to: abuse any awards, privileges, facilities, services, or arrangements accorded to the member as a result of member-ship in ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB; or act in any fraudulent manner or in any way which is likely to be detrimental to the interest of ORORAMA, supply or attempt to supply misleading information, or make any misrepresentation to ORORAMA; or information, or make any misrepresentation to ORORA-MA; or act in any way which in ORORAMA’s reasonable opinion breaches or is likely to breach these Terms and Conditions. ORORAMA’s decision as to what constitutes a breach shall be final and conclusive.

2.Any breach of Terms and Conditions whether intentional or otherwise may result in termination of membership, forfeiture of issued ORORAMA REWARDS Points, and cancellation of awards or privileges at the sole discretion of ORORAMA. Eligibility for future or further participation in the ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB Program shall likewise be affected.

3.In the event of termination, all ORORAMA REWARDS Points, awards or privileges that may have been earned or accrued by the member will also be terminated, and these may not be sold, assigned or transferred or otherwise redeemed. ORORAMA shall in no way be liable for any ORORAMA REWARDS points, awards or privileges of a terminated member.

VI. General

1.The laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall govern these Terms and Conditions. The member’s continued participation in ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB shall constitute his/her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as the same may be amended, modified, and supplemented from time to time.ln case of any action arising from the program shall be filed before the proper courts in the City of Cagayan de Oro City, to the exclusion of all other venues.

2.For any claims or actions against Petron arising from the Program, Petron’s liability, whether for one or several causes of actions, shall not exceed the amount of Three Thousand Pesos Only (PhP3,000.00) or the actual damages suffered by the claimant, whichever is lower.

3.AII questions or disputes regarding eligibility for membership in ORORAMA REWARDS or eligibility for accrual or redemption of awards or Privileges will be resolved by ORORAMA at its sole discretion.

4.Failure of ORORAMA to enforce a particular Term or Condition or guideline does not constitute a waiver of that Term or Condition or guideline.

5.The member is solely responsible for the use of any award or privilege; whether the awards or privileges is used by the Member or by a third party.

6.The member is personally liable for any and all costs, charges, claims or liabilities including duties, taxes and fees from third parties, govern-ment and non-government entities of whatever nature arising from the use of any awards or privileges, as provided by ORORAMA REWARDS and the earning, redemption or use of any award or privileges.

7.The member hereby understands and agrees that the successful operation of ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB is based on the cooperative interaction betweenORORAMA and the members. The member also hereby understands and agrees that proper implementation of the Terms and Conditions between ORORAMA and the member is closely related and/or intertwined with the proper implementation of the partner agreement between ORORAMA and each of its partner.

8.ORORAMA, in its sole direction, may appoint any group to process data and undertake some part or all parts of the ORORAMA REWARDS CLUB program on its behalf

VII.Consent

1.The member understands and agrees that by signing the applicable form, the member is giving consent to ORORAMA, if any, to collect, store, access, share, process, and/or destroy copies of member’s personal data, such as but not limited to his/her name, IDs, age, contact details, and other personal data, including any updates or corrections there to, whether manually or electronically, for the period allowed under the applicable law and regulations, for the purposes of loyalty program account management, direct marketing, analytics, service or administrative announcements related to system enhancements, program updates, discounts, promos, sales, advertisements, events, marketing activities and commercial communications, and offers that ORORAMA deems beneficial to the member, as well as to the publica-tion of member’s name in relation to promotional efforts and any automated decision-making that may or may not significantly affect the member.

2.The member is aware of and understands his/her rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to request access and correction to the personal data related to him/her. The member likewise understands and agrees that while he has the right to object, it is necessary for ORORAMA to collect, store, access, share, process, and/or destroy copies of his/her personal data for the aforementioned purposes as well as in relation to his/her membership.
